Wayne Reynolds

VP Business Development

Wayne brings 20 years of product marketing and business development experience in semiconductor technologies as well as commercial and consumer end-equipment markets. His career began at Texas Instruments in 1995 in Systems and Applications Engineering within the Storage Products Group, where he developed custom Servo products for Hard Disk Drive equipment manufacturers. He was a key leader of a diverse engineering team that successfully secured four consecutive design-win's with Seagate Technology over a five year period, an unprecedented accomplishment at the time.

In 2000, Wayne completed his MBA and joined Texas Instruments DLP® Products where he managed high-performance commercial 3-chip DLP® product lines and customer accounts. His responsibilities soon blossomed into Business Development Manager for DLP Cinema® in which he led a comprehensive strategy to significantly expand the worldwide market for 3-chip DLP® technology.

In 2005, Wayne joined the DLP® HDTV team to drive business at key customer accounts in the high-volume consumer television space. In this role he oversaw the ultimate consolidation of the DLP® HDTV business by Mitsubishi Electric.

Wayne became a Partner in Brass Roots Technologies in 2010 and assumed the role of Vice President of Business Development.

Wayne holds an MSEE from the University of Texas at Arlington and an MBA from The University of Texas at Austin, and lends a unique perspective to Brass Roots with particular strengths in:
